The Last of Us/Puppeteer

Likelyhood: 0%

The Last Guardian

Likelyhood:5%

That's much better

Why no faith for Last of Us/Puppeteer/Last Guardian?

Last Guardian Maybe but why would puppeteer and Last of US be ps4 launch titles??

The reason it was ok for devs to still release titles for PS2 after PS3's release was due to Backwards compatibility. Rumors are pointing to PS4 not supporting BC. If this is the case, it would be best if the more recent PS3 releases were also released on PS4. If they don't it could kill those game's potential legs. I could be wrong tho.

Does flower really need a sequel?  Anyway if this is the launch lineup Microsoft might as well skip this gen

Possibly but I don't think sony would want to confuse the market by having games which would essentially look a generation behind (albeit tidier) on their new next gen console. Especially games which are likely to be heavily marketed as ps3 titles, I think it may do more damage then good.

I have no doubt Last Guardian will see a release in the next 16months and I think it could go either way in terms of ps3/ps4 (or even both). I'd prefer for it to utilise the power of ps4  but it would be a beautiful gesture to ps3 owners to keep that game exclusive to the system.

I remember a few months back Sony renewed their trademark for 'The Legend of Dragoon'. I hope that they decide to release their own JRPG again instead of relying on Final Fantasy which I no longer consider a good series.

+Arc the Lad, 2 great IPs from the old days
