So we will use the PS poster logic and say that must mean 79 million.

Just saw this on Facebook. Some pretty impressive numbers.

I wish they would tell us software sales (like how much Halo 4 sold) and say how many Xbox Live users are Gold.

It must be pretty hard to track Gold because not every buys them in 12 month batches. You have some that buy 3 months worth, take a month off, and then buy another 3 month card. They may be able to give an average, but exact numbers would be hard IMO.

when did MS announce they sold 20 million units of kinect? want to see how much it took them to sell those last 4M million

Xbox Live will reach 50m this year with the new Xbox many old people who dropped 360 will jump again.

Shouldn't be that hard with how easy it is for them to track their Xbox Live stats. They can simply just give the amount of accounts that currently have Xbox Live Gold.

Another thing that I wonder is if the 46 million includes all accounts or just the one's that have been active somewhat recently (say within half a year or so)
