While we're having a bit of a cat-fight in another thread i'd have to agree, they (mario galaxy 1 and 2) are miles better.

That RE4 shot is the wii edition being run on an emulator, last i checked GC and Wii couldn't do 1600x900, nice try though.

the thing is you can't make any wii game look impressive with pics, but the point still stands resident evil 4 is still one of the best looking games on wii and so is rogue leader 2 and 3 and those were gamecube games, i personally think resident evil 4 look better then mario galaxy, and you post game play pics of both you won't say this blows that away or vice versa. post hd pics mario galaxy 1 and 2 and theyy won' toucht resident evil in hd, resident evil 4 is more detailed then mario galaxy but there both so different, tha its like comparing apples to oranges, but are there any third person shooters that look better then resident evil 4 on wii and the answer is no.

The game you linked an image of is the Wii version, so clearly you can make wii games look impressive with pics.

I have played both games on Wii and i still think graphically SMG/SMG2 tops it - Just because RE4 has grainy detailed textures doesnt mean the overall look is better - but that's my personal preference.

Hey lets link to an emulated image of the game like you did, with a game youve not even listed, and lets see if it looks even better than re4 does on an emulator..

any were going off topic and this stupid, you think mario looks better, it doesn't change the fact that resident evil 4 and rogue leader are still some of the best looking games on wii, and no need for the visual impairment remark, cause its sill, your pics are not impressive at all, if we post pics of both games using emulators i bet resident evil will look better.

thats cool were still friends, you might getting some good news, it looks like a wiiu muliplat game coming out soon will look better on wiiu. anyway  i owned an xbox back then, and you know xbox had some very techically impressive games, any i went to a  my friends house and saw resident evil 4 on ps2 and was blown away by it on ps2, the game really is a work of art imo, and its why many people of lastgen call the best looking game of the generation, even with games like ninja gaiden, splinter cell chaos theory and conker bad fury day, which were technically much more impressive graphically.
