TBH, i thought she would join! When that 5 week break occured (time skip), i kept saying, she will join! Perona would fit in perfectly

Wiper would have been really cool, but it was never even hinted that he could join them. I still would have wanted Monet to join them though...

None of them they are all weak as hell..

im glad she didn't! Anyway, Kinemon is a huge mystery! Oh by the way i have a major prediction! Looks pretty damn good too lol! Me thinks of what the entire Saga 7 will be!

To be fair - Viper was about Luffy's and Zoro's level in Skypia, if he had joined them he would be pretty badass by now.

Well, after she bit off the shoulder of that Marine it was pretty clear she wouldn't be able to join the crew. Her death was still too harsh, even though she was a (literally) heartless bitch. Regarding predictions - I have one. If Doflamingo decides not to battle with Aokiji we'll see a battle between him, Luffy and Law before they reach Dressrosa, if he decides to battle Aokiji and flees later we'll see a fight on Dressrosa. He might think they are on their way to Green Bit now, but 1 single page in chapter 685 makes me think he'll find them
