To be honest I just recently got into persona so i've beaten P3FES and JUST beat P4G like 4 days ago. I plan on buying 1 and 2 soon and from what i've heard they're pretty different from 3 and 4. As far as other SMT games I found a copy of Digital Devil Saga at my local gamestop a few days ago so its the only other SMT game i own for the moment. Devil Summoner is the one i'm on the lookout for.

Pick one, they're all very amazing games.

Voted for Crisis Core, but if you know some Japanese I would also suggest Valkyria Chronicles III

Jeanne d'Arc is what you should play. Best strategy game i've ever played.

Tactics Ogre Let Us Cling Together is awesome, it has a branching story and various classes.

Well I played about 3 hours today, and I really like it. It's different, very beautiful, very polished.

However, the only drawback I have is that, while very polished, the game has a lot of little issues. For one, when leveling up, it shouldn't say St and Ma leveled up, there is space in the text window. It should say Strength and Magic. Also some moments in the plot could have been fleshed a bit more. Took me an hour to get to the combat sequence, and the main character just decided to shoot herself in the head to activate her Persona? Who would do that on there own? No one told her that shooting yourself unlocks your Persona. She basically intended to kill herself the first time she saw a monster.

Still, the anime is really gorgeous, I think my girlfriend would love this game because you can set the game to easy, there is a lot of choice and back story, and it's just so damn pretty (which is what she looks for in a game).

I hope they make a Persona 4 HD or a Persona 5 for consoles, she won't play handhelds.

P.S. Funny how the polls changed today, Persona is 3rd now. Still I'm happy with it, but I wish the story picked up a bit. I don't really like the high school drama in this game because it's so uneventful, and the kids are far more innocent then I was in high school. I think in the end though, this will be an excellent game, and I might add it to my top 50 list at the end of the year.

LOL, I know. I really didn't need to buy a 3DS when I bought my PSP for $90, and most of these games for <$20. Got a good year while 3DS and Vita develop a library.
