So i got a new laptop and i want to know if i can play games on this

Processor: Intel Core i5- 2410M
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000/ AMD Readon HD 6630M
Display: 39.5cm(15.5")/ 1920x1080
Total Memory: 4GB
Storage: approx 640GB
Optical Drive: Blue Ray-Disc ROM Drive
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

So is it any good or should i better not buy games for it? I mainly want Witcher 1 &2 doesn't need to be highes settings.

Yes, you can I have a similar laptop and can play games on medium/high settings

Thanks, these specs are gibberish to me so i thought i'd better ask before buying games and haveing to find our they aren't running propperly... it's happened to me before.

Witcher 2...You could give it a shot at low-med settings. This game is REALLY demanding.

You could always get The Witcher 2 on the 360. It looks excellent for a console game.

Unfortunately i only have a ps3 and sice the game doesn't seem to be comming to it (or the vita) i'm stuck with pc.

6630M = 480 shaders @ 485MHz
4850 = 800 shaders @ 625MHz

6630M = 1/2x 4850

So you won't be able to play it on the recommended settings but it will play.
