I honestly believe that GoWA might just beat TLOU due to the fact that TLOU is trying to be less linear in contrast to UC.

In all honesty: I think Ascension looks far more polished. Since TLOU is further away, I am sure they might refine some areas but ultimately it is a new IP going against God of War which is already a rather safe bet considering its praise for visuals. I have to remind myself that while it is Naughty Dog making TLOU, TLOU is NOT Uncharted. And that is not a bad thing, at all.

The Last of Us because it doesn't have Kratos in it.

I too have to go with God of War. I don't know why but the Last of Us screens feel so empty and bland almost as if there's nothing there.
