What will PS3 and 360 weekly sales be if and when they both get a $50 price drop.  Let's assume they'll keep all the current SKUs and just drop all of them an even $50.

I think PS3 will be up to around 120k a week and 360 will go up to 85k a week.

I'm not convinced we'll see a price cut. Cutting the price too soon on the previous generation had a negative effect on the sales of the Vita.

No price drops are even rumored currently so I honestly have no clue. Hopefully we see a Vita price drop before Ps3 and 360.

I think they will both be cut by E3 at the latest.  Sony could do it at the Feb. 20th event to counteract next gen sales drop, but I expect them to get their profits now and ride the waves that LoU and GoW will give them before slashing price at E3 along with full PS4 reveal.  Same deal with MS and Nextbox.

So with the yoy drop and ~10% more sales due the price cut I expect both consoles almost flat: ~140k (PS3) / ~115k (360)
