Tsutaya is a big retailer in Japan who puts out a weekly game sales ranking from their site. The chart usually makes a good ROUGH estimate of the Media Create and Famitsu rankings released mid-week. They do not release specific numbers.

I'll provide official English names whenever possible. If you have any questions just ask!
