I just saw these videos and personally I think they are great.  The 720's controller is a little different but it still looks cool.  Comfort may be a different story though.  PS4's controller looks great though XD

I like the 720 design more, but both look pretty cool.

Both look over-designed and impractical. I doubt either will look anything close to these two models.
