It seems they changed rooms or something on the first one. It doesn't make much sense why...

looks like obama shook hands with the first half of the line and then introduced the people in the second half of the line...

Watch Obama's hand. It disappears. I'm not sure if the frames did not adjust fast enough.

BTW synchronize both videos by putting the first vid on border 0:12- early 0:13 and the second vid on 0:30

Conclusion: Obama got snubbed. Assuming that Obama's hand disappears on the second vid (0:30) because of the frames the camera was recording at was too low to catch Obama's hand going down and then watch the first vid at 0:12-0.13. You will see the man on the suit bowing down to president Putin (?) to shake his hand all the while watch Obama put his hand down hastily. 

Yes, this seems to be what is going on, actually. When you see Obama walk through the door you can see him almost shaking hands with someone then they cut to that scene where it seems he is introducing people.

Obama walked in the room with the man beside him in the videos and they shook everyones hand that was lined up in the room

In the 1st video it shows the last few individuals who decided not to shake Obamas hand

in the 2nd video it shows when they 1st started shaking hands with the individuals in the line but it cuts out right before the part where the last few individuals "snubbed" his handshake

^^^I just want to know if i'm the only 1 who saw what i just described? did they really just "snub" him? if so, why? or maybe i'm missing something
