What VgKing said. It will simply be known as Xbox. Xbox 720 seems by name that it can only produce 720p. That would be a massive (and obvious) mistake.

I would assume it is in the same secret place that DirectX 4 went. (There is no DX4, lol)

I can see Xbox 8 - but it being on it's side, so it is Xbox Infinity.  Or just plane Xbox. So you would have the Xbox 360 with Kinect, or get it all with Xbox Infinity.  (I still wish they has spelled it KinX).

Now is the PS4, really going to be the PS4, cause doen't 4 in Japanese mean death?  So it would be the "Plastation Death."  While it would certainly appeal to a few, I don't think it would appeal to the masses.

"Hey, Joey, want to come play my Plastation Death?"  "No, I don't want to die."



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
