It was obvious beforehand BOTW2 wasn't going to be shown in the ND, we had an ND that set up the line up for Jan to March so we knew this one was mainly to set up the schedule for Spring and went even further and also did Summer. BOTW2 is likely going to be the holiday game as the holiday period was left blank by the ND.

Maybe it'll get lost in the voids, that Metroid Dread crawled out of, togheter with Metroid Prime 4 

Are you getting this from VGC numbers, or was it an official number from Nintendo? If from VGC, what was the most recent official number from Nintendo?

The numbers are from Nintendo themselves, 25.8m on Switch and the last reported WiiU numbers from years back was 1.6m.

VGC doesn't make software sales estimates anymore. All numbers that VGC reports now are officially reported.

I watched some of Peco's stream, he's a notable BOTW player we've had some of his videos shown in this thread prior, it really highlights what the open emergent gameplay has created as his stream is practically creating an anime style adventure of his own with in the game, this seems to be a sort of subculture that has in the Japanese side of streaming the game that has formed.
