I reccommended a friend to the site, and he signed up using the username xBRITx InFeRNo, and he couldn't log in after activating the account.

So he tried changing the password, the VGChartz server sent him a new one, but this also caused errors in signing in. We tried a second time, but the VGChartz sever never sent the new password.

Any reasons/advice?

Yeah, it's his Xbox Live gamertag. Anywho, aren't duplicate accounts against the rules?
