Bungie didn't make Halo 4, but it doesn't mind fielding the customer service questions that have resulted from people running into problems with the game.

The video below showcases act one from Bungie's Community Theater, where they read a letter from Timothy, who is disappointed that his copy of Halo 4 doesn't work.

That's kinda awesome :D
