Honestly, I think the costumes are pretty cool and I kind of want the Cut Man one. If Capcom hadn't so badly abused the franchise in the past couple of years, I doubt anyone would have a problem with this.

If I had money to waste I would probably buy some of those but so far I have never purchased anything for my 360 avatar.

I never disliked Capcom. They are one of the few developers taking risks on new IP's and reboots this generation. If anything i like them more for that.

The DLC issues are petty in my opinion.

As for Megaman, i think the franchise is pretty much dead aside the Megaman EXE series. That series fit the portables really well, and i think Capcom should pursue an upgrade of that series on the 3DS.
The platforming games, i think only have a chance as downloadable titles.
