Those rumours were from April 2012 good sir and with AMD suing the former execs over leaked info, well then there is a more than substantial chance that these are in fact the exact specs.

No, when young(not teen) Gohan went SSJ2 it was noticeable underpowered compared to Majin Vejita and Goku SSJ2(who actually was capable of SSJ3) so it would be YoungGohan SSJ2>>MajinVegeta>Goku SSJ2/3

...exact specs from april of 2012. As shown it long thread I have on this exact comparison. The newer specs are different and slightly beefier.

Also also, look for 720 to keep hardware based backwards compatibility with 360 while PS4 will have to rely on emulation. 

It's using an A10 according to the newest rumor.

If these are the rumors that turn out to be true, and this event gives it a fairly strong case, than that's slightly disappointing. I'm not completely up to speed on the tech language of today though. It would however be, somewhat expected. Sony and Microsoft are likely going to bet on features and efficiency instead of raw power. At any rate, I think this would put all three consoles in the same ballpark (?).

Off topic question (to you maybe) which popped up in head right now: Do you by any chance know what the name is of an old overhead-view action-adventure DBZ game (of I think SNES era) where the player uses 'cards' (a bit like the new Paper Mario, but not exactly as such) to choose their attack?
