4 gig is plenty lets hope they bump it up to 6 gigs.

You really think 120 people are all working on DLC? Come on, that's a 20 man job at the most. There is no doubt that they're working on another game.

120 people is for ONE team. They have over 240 employees bruh.

4gb GDDR5 seems realistic, the 512 MB chips go into full production right now. 4gb Vram will be the coming standard for GPUs in the next years GTX680/670 have 4gb versions out already.

Maybe Sony puts 1gb DDR3 for the OS in to it too. That would be fantastic.

Without dedicated GPU however the 4gb seem pointless.

I am actually eager to see what graphics these specs can produce. Sony's first party exclusives look amazing on PS3, so it would be interesting to see how they showcase the power of PS4.

I'm super hyped for the PS4, I really hope they'll reveal it at Destination PlayStation 2013 (February).

Must also start saving some $$$$ to buy my PS4 ASAP. Imagine getting free PS4 games and discounts at PlayStation Plus, and not owning a PS4? I'd go crazy.

It will have one if the rumors are anything to go by.
The plan is to go for 1080p 60fps 3D and for that you need a dedicated GPU..

edit: I can still see this being a losing situation for Sony though. Microsoft can easily advertise that the next Xbox has double the ram as the ps3 even though it is only DDR3. The masses won't know the difference between GDDR5 and DDR3 so obviously they will be fooled to think Xbox memory is better.
