Thanks for the update.  Everyone appreciates the work VGCharts puts into getting accurate figures and the spirit of transparency.  However, the last few weeks have been a little less than transparent -- is there any way we can get a little more information about what's going on?

I understand that you're making significant changes to the site and there has been necessity for changes to your data gathering methods.  It would be nice to know what exactly is going on behind the scenes and how far we can trust the current front page data.
