Yes, but those differences are too minor to affect the scores.

HD installation reduces the loading time for PS3 version. It takes about 20 minutes to install, but it's worth it.

PS3 version also supports SIXAXIS function to control the camera angle (I guess).

They also mentioned the "auto" setting is nice, which makes the game easier for the beginners.
