This is my first time posting in a non-gaming section, but I may as well ask.
I work out almost every day, I'm a pretty lean and muscular guy, but I'm also skinny. Since I'm skinny, under-developed muscles are hard to develop for me. Once they get big, it's easy to keep them big, but the problem I am having is getting my Posterior Deltoid to become more pronounced.
I just installed a chin up bar, and damn, my back is getting developed fast. My Biceps and Traps have always been ridiculously disproportionate, and my triceps, anterior deltoids and abs are swell too.
I'm actually very happy with the way I look, but my Posterior Deltoids are kinda small, so my back has a slope to it because of it, which I don't like. I know girls are attracted to guys with wide shoulders, and I'm not looking to pick up a second gf or anything, but I really like when girls stare at me.
I'm no guerilla, I'm pretty lean and defined, and that's what I want to be, but I need to get my Posterior Deltoid to get bigger, to have a more balanced figure.
Any suggestions?
Bent Over Lateral Raises, and Barbell Read Delt Raises work, but results are slow, so I would like something else ontop of that. I have a ton of dumbells at home, a bench that inclines, a chin up bar, and various curl/straight bars.

Does it make a difference if I do some of those lying down exercises standing up and leaning over? Maybe this is why my Anterior keeps growing, but not my posterior.
For those who work out, do you do anything in particular?

Also could anyone recommend a good forward work out? When I do my curls, chin ups, and tricep extensions, I find that my forwarm gives up long before my bicep/tricep. I currently do reverse curls and wrist curls with a straight bar.
