The PS3 seems to be doing really well in many countries in Europe, it outsells the wii weekly in many locations.

Somehow I don't think Belgium is gonna turn the tide.

Hello

Well it shows very well that belgian gamers dont seem to be well informed like i see it every day in my shop.

I still have to sell a PS3 since the 60Gb isn't available anymore just because when we inform people that the 40Gb cant play the PS2 games, they change their mind and dont want to buy it anymore.
Problem is in most of the shops, nobody tells them that so they buy it thinking they will be able to play their old games...

Bye.

Edit : little correction, we have sold one 40Gb at Christmas. :)

Zones : I still don't understand all the love for Blizzard, what was the last game they developed worth playing?

@ Played_Out

I think all small countries count, if you add up all the smaller countries its has major influence on total world sales. I am from such a small country, The Netherlands and the PS3 is performing very well over here as well.

Or they are overall much better informed than you are.

The PS3 is excellent value for the amount of hardware performance and features the console provides, IMO much more so than any other console.

Also the amount of high profile software under development is very encouraging. (The best informed customers are aware of this)

It's good of you to bring along this input MikeB, although it does not sound like a great deal to many it's still interesting data non the less.

Good to see this site is still going

@ Quartz

I understand, but for instance many people thought HD DVD + 360 was a much better deal or so many claimed than getting PS3 for high definition movies (and Blu-Ray is useless to games developers). However those who disagreed IMO have been proven to be correct.

Well i will not try to argue with one the biggest ps3 fanboys on this site, it's not worth it.

But i have still to see a videogames seller as well informed as i am...

==> plz, for me, explain them about the 33% failure rate of the Xbox360
they will maybe definively stop to buy it.
