When I taught a few I.T classes years ago, I strongly recommended clients to use google to solve problems.
It is afterall the largest repository of information known to man kind.
This day and age it is no longer important to know the information, but instead it is more important to know how to find it.
My neighbour had the same issue as this just an hour ago and all because his RAM wasn't running in Dual-Channel memory mode.
So could the Op download CPU-Z, click the memory tab and take a screen shot so we may have a look?
