Both PS4 and X720: let us use our profiles from PSN and XBL respectively and continue collecting trophies and achievements in the new generation consoles (very likely to happen, MS been integrating achievements into all of their devices, and Sony has added trophy and PSN profile support to PS Vita since its launch).

PS4 only: cross game chat so people finally stop complaining about it. Maybe faster synching (or eliminate synching altogether) and comparing trophies/profiles.

X720: stop charging for online play. Or at least offer some good subscription value like PlayStation Plus does.
