Should Nintendo sell 3DS ports in the WiiU e-shop?

First things first: I don't know how much resources it would take to port 3DS games to the WiiU or if it would even be profitable. But think of the possibilities. Take Kid Icarus: Uprising for example. Surely one of the best games for the 3DS. Now imagine it in HD, with some AA, shared savegames with the 3DS version, a shared multiplayer and maybe even the possibility to play it entirely on the gamepad (although I'm not sure how much the pen would irritate the view).

I think a price point of ~$25 would be reasonable. What do you think?

As a consumer I would enjoy it since I have a WiiU but have no intention of buying a 3DS. However, for the companies perspective they should never do that. Keep the systems distinct. They each need their unique appeal. Many people will buy both as it stands.
