Forums - General - Is this a good ring?

To be a little more helpful than my last post, try out this website.  You can make custom jewlery, but I have no clue what the prices are.

Also, it might give away the surprise, but maybe just....ask her to be more specific about price/style/etc?

Those are man made jewels be careful some women get real worked up about man made vs natural formed dug up stones.

In any case if you are honest with her what the ring is then should be all good. NEVER lie about what a ring is cause they will get it evaluated and hell breaks loose.

Oh no doubt, If i could afford a $300 natural gem ring, I would certainly buy her one.

Alas my financial standings dont allow me to do so.

...uhh...ill just put my favorite quote of all time here.

My girls birthday is come up and i want to get her something that might make her go O.O

She has been talking about wanting a ring an awful lot lately (Non engagement ring lol)

Unfortunately I dont have the money to get her a super high class OMG "Every Kiss Begins With Kay" type of ring, so i have been browsing Ebay for rings...

She likes Silver and Saphire gems, I've look at a bunch of rings and so far this one has caught my eye, but I dont realy know all that much about Jewlery.

I'm hoping by some miracle, one of youza knows a few things about rings?  (she wear size 6...well 5.5 but I cant seem to find 5.5)

As much as it looks nice in the photos, at $22 I'd be worried; it may look really tacky in reality. Look for something more simple maybe?

Oh sorry, didn't know if maybe they had some lower-priced ones, guess not!  Looks like you will have to go with the One Ring from my first post.

It looks alright. Just make sure she knows they aren't real, don't lie about them.

All you have to do is get it resized if it doesn't fit. Resizing shouldn't be that expensive.

i had the biggest kool aid smile you've ever seen.

I do understand your financial situation just make sure you don't claim the ring is worth more than it is, because it will caase trouble. Be honesty saying that you know how much she wanted a ring so this is all you could currently afford, should be enough, if it isn't enough then you may see a new side of your girl that you haven't before.

Good luck anyway and let us knwo what she says.

Will do!

I got my ex a ring from a pawn shop for super cheap. Had it cleaned up and she never knew the difference.

I was walking down along the street and I heard this voice saying, "Good evening, Mr. Dowd." Well, I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against a lamp-post. Well, I thought nothing of that because when you've lived in a town as long as I've lived in this one, you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name.
