Nintendo fans don't really have one major title to rally around is the issue. Some of us are jazzed for Wii U multiplats, while Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, and even Pikmin aren't enough to build a commanding lead (really it's surprising that Fire Emblem is doing as well as it is. Shows that it really has a following around here), while some are more fixated on 3DS 3rd party titles.

Nintendo's closed-mouthed-ness does tend to hurt it in long term hype.

Excellent work. More people need to vote on this. Great way of showing which upcoming games are buzzing high on one's anticipation meter. 2013 looking like a great year despite us knowing nothing about what's coming in second half of the year. I am sure another COD, Battlefield and Assassin's Creed but what else.

That's why the second half of next year is so dead. Usually Sony and Microsoft signal further in advance than they are this year.

Impressive result for The Last of Us considering that it had to fight against a multiplatform game like GTA V. But what as surprised me the most has been how little hype there is for Aliens with just 4 votes (1 PS3, 1 360 and 2 WiiU) and PC being the favorite platform for Bioshock Infinite.
