If either linkz or yoshia are the cult leaders, and if they have been converted earlier on in game, either of those names are easy to fakeclaim, seeing as one is the father and the other is a daughter, and more of sub characters, taking halo lore into account. So not particularly prominent in the lore, therefore giving them a much safer fakeclaim.

Although I'm sure Mafia would have been given safeclaims, so you being a prominent character doesn't necessarily clear you - the fact that Cortana was town supports you though

And since no one followed/looked at me, that just means that you guys have to trust me on both my name and role claims, making me immune to the cult influence.

But that would mean that there actually is a cult in the round - if they can recruit every night, then that's basically like fighting two mafias one after the other :(

Yeah but the name itself bears a strong town resemblance. Whereas their claims of the Keyes are considerably more dubious in terms of appearance in this game. What did nacho name claim again? Yoshia defence of nacho seems rather suspicious, so I would think that they have some sort of mutual interest in each other, if spurge went after nacho that would exclude him from the masons group, so they are not particularly bolded in that way. What I wonder is, if yoshias claim is true, then wouldn't protecting third party result in his death too? As they have anti town agenda, which through the process of elimination would bring us to Linkz, as I don't think anyone has particularly targeted him except for abc last night, which he could have just decided to sit at home last night instead of converting another member, which could explain as to why we are still here.

I am not entirely sure whether the recruitment every night is mandatory and whether it is alternate days instead of every day, which would mean that there would be at least.. 5? Cult members including the leader, meaning that we wouldn't be here today, as it is the majority.

As there are 7 players in the game, that would leave 3 players as possible cult members, meaning that town needs to get the recruiter today, or we are fucked.

Don't know why NotStan is saying I was one of the Keyes when I haven't actually said my name yet this entire game.

My actual character name is Dr. Catherine Elizabeth Halsey, who for those of you in the know, is the person that created the SPARTAN Project and is thus the ultimate creator of Masterchief.

Also, as to the order of my protection I thought I'd already stated it but;

N1 - ABC - He claimed he had a role of some kind and as such was pretty much my only lead that Night.

N2 - Nacho - I wanted to use my power to clear someone else and since Nacho had pushed so hard for HappyD's lynch throughout the Day I thought mafia might have wanted him to be removed from the picture.

N3 - ABC - Had arguable the most powerful role thus far and Spurge had mentioned something about killing him off if the game didn't end, having cleared him myself I didn't want us to lose one of our powerful assets that Night.

N4 - Radishhead - Back to wanting to clear people having got to the point where it seemed there was no Night kills taking place, I targeted the person that had a weird claim (the whole losing control thing) to check if he was telling the truth, turns out he was.

And I DO die if I target third party so the above people are all confirmed townies in my mind (this also explains why I defended Nacho NotStan, since I had targeted him the Night before and I hadn't died).

And at those saying being Masterchief makes your claim believable I say BS. Don't you think DT would have thought about that when he went to the effort of trying to make the game flavour-hunting proof?

Oh, and in the future I plan on stating who I am going to target each Night so if I die you'll all know who is the 3rd party. I was planning on doing this yesterDay but the Day ended before I managed to decide :G
