bro, why are you working at a burger king, find an ice cream shop with cute girls or some shit.

as i recall from high school, those places usually only hire girls.

Ok, first of all, the mistake was yours because you should've made a cheeseburger.
Her throwing it to you was out of line. You should've stepped out at that point and told your boss that you need some fresh air or you should have informed that the lady would have to pay for the burger she just messed up if she wanted a new cheeseburger.
You throwing it back at her, didnt give your manager any choice. You harmed the restaurants reputation and you had to be let go or the restaurant would incur losses because of you.

No, douche bags like this need to be put in their place right away. Otherwise they think the world still revolves around them and will go on to threating other people like this. Think about it. Doesn't matter if they were a customer, that went out of the window when you throw something at the employees.

If I was this guy, I'd sue Burger King, but definetely the woman that made me lose my job because she attacked you. It's unreasonable to think you would do nothing with such a despicable action towards you. If his manager saw this, he should be ashamed and should have dealt with her swiftly and firmly.

Really, doing that will make no difference. You cant erase retards out of the face of the world, and if every one costs you your job, you're not gonna have an easy time. Its annoying, but they are not worth it.

Today at work this lady ordered a cheeseburger. I forgot to add the cheese so i made a plain burger. When she saw it she threw the burger at me!  (I was so tired and pissed today) I threw it right back at her and said "Get the Fu*k outta here you crazy bi**h!!".   My manager saw everything and fired me for that.

Do you think it was my fault or the customer's? Do you think I shouldn't have reacted that way?

Assault charges, you should never act that way to a customer, but you certainly could have threatened and pressed charges against her for throwing something at you, whatever it was, a hot burger, greese in the eye, anything, you would have owned her.

I got hired at Burger King!  Makin' Whoppers yo!

Hot burgers are a dangerous throwing weapon.  I don't think there would be much of a suit.  It would actually have to harm him like hot coffee or grease.  Suing over a hamburger thrown reminds me of the pussyfication of the USA and lawsuit craze.

I love all these ppl who reply to stuff like this like life happens in a vacuum and every person is supposed to react in the most ideal way possible. Would I have thrown it back at her, I don't think I would have. Then again if she hit in the face with it I might have caught a reflex and threw that shit right back at her. Yea you could have handled it better and your boss really had no choice but to let you go but some ppl really need to get over themselves and stop acting all damn self righteous about it. Some have basically acted as if you are less of a human being because you worked at Burger King, I say fuck em. Go find another job and move on, this will be something you end up laughing about down the road.

You got fired. If you want to play the blame game, you can go ahead. It doesn't really matter at all, the end result is the same.

@OP:
Instead of reacting, you should have been quicker and dodged that crapburger, so making that crazy bitch hit another customer instead of you. Then let the other customer deal with her, possibly stirring that person by saying she did it on purpose. Then you should have called your manager to make that turd deal with the problem.

if you had a gun on your belt she would have taught twice before throwing that burger in your face, so yeah it's your fault

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

I like to open up ketchup, mayo and mustard packages at Burger Kings and then throw them at employees when they are not looking. You stay classy San Diego(it really translates as a whales vagina).
