Ok, first of all, the mistake was yours because you should've made a cheeseburger.
Her throwing it to you was out of line. You should've stepped out at that point and told your boss that you need some fresh air or you should have informed that the lady would have to pay for the burger she just messed up if she wanted a new cheeseburger.
You throwing it back at her, didnt give your manager any choice. You harmed the restaurants reputation and you had to be let go or the restaurant would incur losses because of you.

If you got fired from a McJob then you must not be a very desirable hire, in fact I'd start digging ditches or giving a beej at the homeless shelter if I were you

He said Burger King.

It doesn't matter bc his boss doesn't think that he is good enough to flip grease, genius

It's not that he's not good enough.....he threw a burger at a customer. That's he got fired. Even if he worked at the White House cooking for Obama he would've gotten fired for something like that.

her's. i'd have beat her's and my managers ass, after being fired. but that's because i don't favor taking shit from anyone.

she should have told you of the issue. she acted unprofessionally. yes throwing a bugger is an act of aggression, and i'd have called the cops on a hostile customer

orders get fucked up all the time, and the majority of customers who's orders get fucked up either, respond rationally and get the order corrected, or complain and get the order corrected.

I usually just check my reciept. If it turned out to be the cashiers fault and I got what I paid for then I usually just eat it (unless I can't stand what I got). If it's something of equal value, I usually eat it.

yea if it's a chesseburger, and they forget the chesse. i'd usually put extra Katchup or ask for chesse. but yea i'd do as you've said.

a mistake is never worth throwing the food at an employee.

You have to apologize for the oversight, but you also have the right to ask the woman to be calm.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Don't stoop to anyone's level because your job as an employee will be lost. You should have just asked her to leave politely, but I definitely understand why your were pissed.  Just learn from this mistake, and make sure it doesn't happen again in the future.

Bro you need to take lessons from Bon Qui Qui on how to handle these kinds of situations...

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

The customer is always right....Never forget that.

The customer is hardly ever right.

In this situation though, both of you are wrong.

It's her damn fault. What a bitch. You have to as a society take in account the sick person that throws a burger at the person who made it for you all because a god damn mistake. That person should have been told worse, and added to the blacklist, so they can never return. She straight up assaulted the guy because she has a shitty life and should be shot in a firing squad.

You treat people how you want to be treated. Seems like this bitch got it right back. It's called just deserts. Now if she didn't do something drastic like attack you, then you would have been wrong. Words are just words. This is just despicable.

No, douche bags like this need to be put in their place right away. Otherwise they think the world still revolves around them and will go on to threating other people like this. Think about it. Doesn't matter if they were a customer, that went out of the window when you throw something at the employees.

If I was this guy, I'd sue Burger King, but definetely the woman that made me lose my job because she attacked you. It's unreasonable to think you would do nothing with such a despicable action towards you. If his manager saw this, he should be ashamed and should have dealt with her swiftly and firmly.
