Understood. But some threads need some leeway. Many like off topic threads, but they are failed from the start in general discussion and nsfw.

So people need some leeway, be allowed to put a thread under a different place. Not saying here, but Im just thinking this is why some put it here.

Well, it's not meant to go here. If folks have site issues of a technical nature (like off-topic in hot topics), add it to the list of things ioi needs to have someone fix.
