While I know that is not the only or real reason, it could be a factor in that case. Most important factor is that the Microsoft brand is huge in the US. And offers features that the competitors can't match. Next year looks to be real good and kind of heard to not notice that an announcement of the next xbox is coming or at least will be hinted at strongly by Microsoft.

While it is certainly interesting that world wide the Xbox 720 is more searched than the others. One has to remember that a new Xbox is more expected that a PS4 as the 360 is a full year older.

I really hope that there are significant upgrades to Kinect. While what it currently can do is nice, there is room for game changing innovation.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

I was joking! I did say that I don't think it's the real or only reason. And I wasn't talking about the holiday line up, because I'm sure people were searching for new consoles through out the year and not just during the holiday.

I know the 360 games sale more than PS3 games. I never said they had less sales, I said the lack of games the system had this year, not this Holiday.

It would be in the PS4's favor because, if anyone remembers when Microsoft was getting read to launch the 360, it didn't have that many first party games coming out. Same as the 360 next year.

It doesn't matter to me, I will buy both systems. I enjoy having the ability to play games from both consoles.
