Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Too bad most roller skating rinks have gone out of business since the 80s/90s. Probably some have been used as crack houses in their abandonment. However, that is one of the few commercials that I could bare to watch.

It is like discoing without coke.
Nice video, inspired me to give up my life of crime. Goodbye crack, hello roller skating!

You just gotta move to Reno which will probably make you want to use drugs.
Skating is a lot of fun with family actually. I take the kids every couple weeks. Not too expensive, but a lot of fun.
However, that commercial was dumb.... really dumb. Especially the end where it just said all the people trying to harm your child will now be at the skating place too. O_O

Haha, at least now you can conveniently roller skate and buy your drugs at the same time.
The anti-drug movement has really gone through some growing pains, as anything from the 80s or early 90s will attest.
I like the current "above the influence" campaign better. It doesn't create the atmosphere of fear like the older stuff, but just tries to tell kids that there's better stuff you can be doing with your time, and that it really is easy to just say no.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
