I don't think you could do much with the Asari's head tentacle-things, and Tali, if she does have hair, is stuck in her environmental suit. That just leaves Ash, whom I wouldn't peg as a girly-girl type. 
they should have an RTS minigame where you command people in the colony to stave of a bandit attack, I hated watching that one colony need water, food, and everything else, watch if you were there before the attack? I would like that minigame, it could be top down or something.
