Nintendo should release the demo as a free download on the eShop or maybe for a dollar!

Have you lost your mind?! Paying for a demo?! NEVER!

But I agree that they could launch the bird demo for free. It's a cool demo that could be used to show people how the gamepad can be used to show other things that don't happen/appear on the TV.

And it's one of those things that the average user could be willing to show off to their friends or relatives like the wiimote/Wii Sports was.

The garden demo was amazing, visually, and I agree they should release it if is easy to do so. I would enjoy fiddling around with it and it would be a great tease of next-gen games to come. It ran on WiiU demo stations, so it should be easy to do. Put it on eShop for free Nintendo! Make it a Christmas present! It would make sense for them to do so. When a friend pops over and says what is the machine capable of, that would make a bigger impression than MarioU. Positive word of mouth.

Apparently I'm the only person in the world who thought the garden demo looked awful...

Have a nice day...

While it looked great... I don't see why I'd want it to play with.

uhm.. yes

In the direct feed youtube video from IGN you can see quite a bit of aliasing and the geometry of the trees could need a few more polygons to look more natural, but apart from that it looked pretty good imo - atleast I wouldn't ever describe that as "awful".

Yes! A Zelda game on the Wii U is at least 2 years far, so the demo can come to ease our Zelda needs.
;_;

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Saw in the Nintendo Direct that they are bringing that panorama-view videos where you can move the gamepad around and see any view of the video (flock of birds flying I believe was one of the videos). They will cost money but they are going to offer the first one or so for free.  That is a more interesting feature (panorama view) than watching old tech demos (or at least have the tech demos display panorama view).
