These are Japanese language before and now localize into English. 
I put Zanac x Zanac and Makeruna Makendo 2 on my Vita and it's a cool as a portable game.

I just put it on Vita since most the PSP and PS1 games are not visible on Vita PSN.

I've never heard of these games, but more localization is always better :)

It might be better if they could localize other Jap games

no, some of them are NOT localized, most games they bring over as import are still in JP, but it's ok bc the stuff they bring over requires little understanding of the language.
