Software-wise, this was not Sonys year at all.
you can make such a top10 list with Sony exclusives (PS Vita / PS3).
Twisted Metal Starhawk Sorcery AC Liberation CoD Declassified LBP Karting PSABR Resistance Burning Skies (Meta 60, sold 0.17m) Modnation Racers: Road Trip (Meta 52, sold 0.10m) Wonderbook (Meta 72, less than 8k in its first month in the US, less than 11k wordwide)
Sure, you can't expect every game to do well. There will always be a flop every now and then, but that is way too much. Still, the internet will praise Sony for their unrivaled 1st party studios...

For course they will, including me. But that is because Sony's triple A titles are the best.
COD Declassified is a joke, and isn't even Sony just like many other games on your list trying to degrade Sony quality production for games. Just a bad attempt at selling a bad game to a "new" market base.
Only two games are the big dogs that give Sony this reputation. Twisted Metal and Starhawk. The rest are games that no one cares about from Sony, trying to make a fast game to sell the Vita that no one wants. Have to realize Smartphones killed this market even more. When people want to do hardcore gaming, they will play on their couch.
You even listed Playstation all stars, which can be the 3rd game on this list.. Except it's way to early, as the Holiday season needs to pass first. Plus, if you haven't noticed, the fighting genre is nearly dead. They made these games too inexcessible to casual/core gamers, and only catter to the hardcore audience. None of me thought that this game would sell well, but sales don't equal quality. Remember that. I also didn't think Starhawk would sell a lot, as Warhawk was a pretty small market of gamers to sell a game too. Especially so when you butchered the gameplay into something entirely different. That tight community wanted a sequel, not some other nonsense.
As for Twisted Metal, who knows. When I was a kid I loved these games, but honestly for the last 6-7 years the name Twisted Metal doesn't mean shit to me. Doesn't get me excited at all. It's just to outdated overall. And again--I didn't think it would sell well at all.
Now if the Last of Us sells badly, you might have an argument.
