I found this game a few months ago at metroidclassic and got hooked to it immediately. Everything about it was just perfect. The difficulty, music, weaponry, gameplay, etc. etc. Perfect. I haven't stopped playing it since then. Just thought I'd post it here for anybody who is interested.

The quality of this game, by the way, is beyond that of most 2D side-scrolling commercial games, and, to me, is on par with Metroid and Castlevania, perhaps even going beyond those two games. It plays very similarly to those two.

Download away, and don't forget to apply the English patch as well; it was originally a Japanese game.

Its one of the best games ever! I played it all the way through 20-30 times and it is just as great every time.

It's a really fun game, especially if you do the hard path.
