Yes, they are streaming it to everyone globally that can get Xbox Live (not just the States). I doubt we will see any new hardware, but surely some game demos might be on Next Gen hardware.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
