I am really curious about how the "LiveWall" tech will work from a practical standpoint. I already fear that it is something that will only work marginally well in a very controlled environment that was designed specifically with it in mind (If you ever played a kinect game at E3 and then in your living room you will know what I am talking about).

I am boggling my mind thinking about it ... I get how it could project images on my wall behind where I am playing in my game area (which even that has problems since my wall has a bunch of posters on it). On my right and left sides of my gaming area, however, there is no wall or barrier for about 15 ft on one side and about 20 ft on the other ... so is this thing going to project light onto thin air like a holodeck or something (I doubt it for just $499 asking price)?

Is Microsoft expecting us to put up drywall and design a mini play environment just for a video game console (maybe so since I have already sort of had to do that with my gaming area in order to accomodate the kinect)? Don't get me wrong, I am mostly an Xbox gamer, and I want to see the nextbox do well, but the Sony offering just seems a lot more practical with a VR headset device even if it seems a little less ambitious (we all did the VR headset thing back when they had it in malls and arcades during the 90's).

I play action games for game play, I generally don't care about character dev or anything like that, I worry about doing like 60-200 combos while taking the least hits possible and figure out game mechanics which is the essence of a slasher game.

I mean, I look at God of War series, mention Kratos and the story, the only thing I do is laugh my ass off, and not introducing good enough mechanics is the reason why I didn't like 3 very much even though I acknowledged that it was a better package than, Bayonetta which wasn't even a completed game, but combat alone, Bayonetta was leaps ahead of God of War 3.

Why do you play Ninja Gaiden, because that shit rapes you in the ass and you like it, sure, being a Ninja like Ryu Hayabusa is pretty cool shit, but I'm more worried about switching weapons in different situations, survive, kill the shit out of things, and fuck up bosses, why would I have time to relate to being a Ninja? That's nuts!

I'm vastly interested in Rising now that P+ Games is making it whereas I didn't even give a shit before because they are the same guys that made crazy shit like Bayonetta, Mad World, God Fist, and had people responsibloe for DMC. Who gives a shit about a dood in a mech suit wearing high heels that looks like a lady? I just want to see how satisfying the combat system is.

Gameplay man, gameplay, that's why people still play Pac Man, that's why Mario games are great, that's why the first 3D Zelda blew people's heads off, it's all about the game play! We are playing video games!

No God of War on NextBox, no Bayonetta on Nextbox either.

Wait a bit to see what happens, Typically Sony gets the most slashers. Who cares if nextbox is more powerful if its library is almost completly playable on PS4/PC.

Also....who cares if it's more powerful if it break on you after only a couple years. I'm on my 4th Xbox since January 2007, all replaced under warrenty, but the last one I got almost didn't turn on the last time I booted it (took at least 15 restarts after the XBL update and then it was fine). My current X-Box I only got because I got an extended warrenty at Best Buy, and I had to bitch for it. It's the old Fat X-Box, but an HDMI model, so reliability isn't as terrible as the first gen models, but it's less then 3 years old, and already showing signs of death.

What makes things worse is since Cloud is only accessable for XBL Gold Members, and new Xbox's use a different motherboard setup, if my X-Box goes, I won't be able to access my save files.....Backing up all my saves onto USB now.
