It's actually a serious question I want to understand the specs of the WiiU and I think comparing it to my own laptop should give me a good idea.

You see how no one cares about your constant vita bashing?  That well has dried up.  Try again.

1) Is this actually a trustworthy source? You know, I could post random numbers on the web too...

2) If these numbers are real this must be a pretty modern architecture considering developers were able to make PS360 games run on the console in such a short period of time.

3) I'm totally looking forward to the response of the "less ghz!" people when the other consoles are revealed... will we get flooded by "it's only a 3ghz quad core CPU, so it's only 25% more powerful than PS3" comments?

A lot of people dont seem to understand that a CPU built in 2005 will have a different design and archetecture compared to one built today. Whether or not the CPU is clocked less than the current HD systems is irrelevant since this is new technology and different architecture than either of those systems that are nearly 7 years old by now. A game built from the ground up will be the best example to compare which is why i keep saying we should wait till next year E3 to at least have an idea where the Wii U stands.

Your laptop is faster, obviously. The Wii U's advantage will be optimization for gaming not raw power.

It is a somewhat trustworthy source but dont jump to conclusions like: Higher number = better performance.

Some of them. For the others, I, well, use my PC? The thing that everybody has anyway? The vita jab was just coincidental, I just noticed it and had a good laugh. I hope there is a bet running about this.
