I think the major games, Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 are massively undertracked.
I think BO2 is undertracked overseas, as for example according to VG chartz BO2 sold around 400K in France when it sold over 700k according to offical release.

On the PS3 there are over 7`+ million users already for BO2 online on the leaderboards...
