Sony fanboys getting desperate with their bashing of the wii U and our god Nintendo, I bet you don't even own a wii U

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Only problem I've ever had with the system is with the Neflix app. I just deleted it off my system and It's been smooth sailing ever since.

It's true.  Nobody owns a Wii U.  The Wii U is more than just a console.  The Wii U is fun incarnate.  You can have fun but you can't own fun.

It's the apocalypse!  My family and I were playing Nintendoland when the Wii U froze.  Then, it happened again and again.  I played some Call of Duty and all was well with the hardware.  Then, we went back to Nintendoland and it crashed again.  One quick look at the Miivese and I found out that it was happening to everybody.  Now, what do we do!?

Nintendo Network load seems to make Wii U console slow especially effecting things that use MiiVerse. For me the Wii U crashed 1st time on day of release while exiting game (which does some MiiVerse / activity logging) and then again yesterday a bunch of times while either starting or closing game (including Amazon, YouTube, Nintendo Land, and Trine 2). This last night for a period of 2-3 hours. After that it was back to normal.

My take-away is that if the Wii U Menu etc start to get slow, then best stay out of MiiVerse heavy stuff like Nintendo Lands and avoid using MiiVerse while playing game as well. This leaves the game launch / exit as areas of concern in which case could always just not play the Wii U (disable network?) until it becomes stable again.

I wonder if this is due to knowing they could patch after launch. Instead of delaying the game like Nintendo usual, just delay the QA phase.

It crashed on me once. But that's because I took the disk out before we exited the game. Had to pull the plug to get it going again. I was pretty scared I'd brick it.

Chapset, most of the wiiu claims are true. Massive firmware updates, every program needed updated. Games looking a tad worst. Slow os. It's all true. I'm very dissapointed in nintendo.

Nintendo has never dealt with a *real* online network before, and so I am not surprised at all of the hiccups. This is really their first foray into a substantial network so it's natural that the first few months will be bug laden until it is ironed out for good.

I imagine that the network usage will spike with the holiday season and I hope that Nintendo can get their stuff straight by then.

It's your punishment for picking up the nasty and evil Premium WiiU, instead if the glorious Basic pack.
