you've clearly missed my point which is to say that another user has set up a thread where he hopes to carry out a discussion on an impressive pc game

all this time you've been making comments as someone who prefers pc gaming 

what confuses me is why you'd neglect to join his thread and carry out discussion there to join a thread on a topic you have no interest in

If someone doesn't post in a thread, that never meant he wasn't interested. It could mean he did not see the post that linked to it, and/or was lurking the thread and had nothing to say.

What does it matter, you're now derailing his thread, so you're just as guilty of blame. Yes our history is disgusting, and no I wouldn't go there, and I think we are both equally to blame for it.

I think you should focus on what you do best, and that's being knowledgeable about games, and actually contribute to the community with that. Otherwise you'll just be that guy that always harped on people he thought were trolls.

i'd prefer that if he isn't interesed in discussing ps3 graphics that he stays out of threads that have that as a topic instead of derailing them to suit his own views thats all

You'll see all of the mentioned games soon enough running on a PC with an emulator. I hear there's already a 360 emulator making great strides and Dolphin allows you to play any Wii game at 1080p with improved graphics. It really is amazing, no?
