I'm really getting sick of peopel complaining about getting "ripped off" by these companies. You either live in a small (pop.) country that is essentially out in the middle of nowhere (Australia) or have to overcome an abusrd number of obsticles including multiple laws and rating boards, taxes, and god knows what else (Europe). It is always going to cost you more if your government is always going to work in the way it does/your country is removed from the rest of civilization. You're not being cheated, it's just that much more expensive to do business with you. You pay for it so that those of us that make doing business easy (Japan and the U.S.) don't have to pay for you.



You do not have the right to never be offended.

 I'm on Chile and the wii is just 250.000 pesos = 450 USD . I can't believe it costs that much on Brazil and we are both in the same region.

 Can't you simply import? Japan is not far from Australia, so the shipping fees wouldn't be that ridiculous.


I can't read Japanese though.

 

Also one of the main reasons we have to wait is because the game has to be translated into every single European language. I'm sure many people in Australia, New Zealand, UK and other English speaking countries would prefer a game to be released around the same time as their US counterparts, instead of being able to play the game in French or German or Spanish.

 

Another gaming attrocitie is that my brother has heps of crappy movie game for the PS2.Madagascar, Robots, Chicken Little the list goes on.



So why did they call it the 360?because when you see it, you'll turn 360 degrees and walk away- some guy on Gamespot
