What I checked was the Vita's digital manual that all games have. 200 seems to be the point where you've unlocked everything specific to that character. 

As for the Pre-Order costume, I wouldn't be surprised if they were free dlc in 3-6 months or something. Happened with inFamous for the Gigawatt Blades. Happened with MAG for some specialized armor. 

Yeah you might unlock everything at like 200

But Neogaf members just confirms that its 999. Some guy hit that with Cole xD

Your last unlock is at 300 actually. Hopefully with DLC or whatnot they will add some super special unlock at 999.

If the Vita version had customizable controlls my defensive game would be better. I'm still not fully used to L for block.

The streak continues!
So we had some more matches, I and Dgc. We won every single one aside from ONE match.

We kept winning and winning and winning, I admit I got overconfident xD. But then we lost, to two guys. So instantly, I spam them and I hear Dgc did the same saying you broke our streak etc, rematch!

Long story short => We met them again, had two matches, won both.

GLORIOUS! :D

They even got to choose the map haha. On the second match, I went for the guy who played Drake as we played a "each player has 5 lives" game, and I figured if I get him out of the way, we can focus on the other partner who was playing Ratchet & Clank. And holy hell that guy was pretty annoying xD. Lasted a good time trying to get him without making mistakes but eventually we got it and they left in peace :P. Good games Dgc! <3

EDIT: They also had mics both of them, so hearing their reactions was fucking fun as hell xD. "REMATCH DUDE, OKAY IS COOL 1-1, NOW ANOTHER GAME" and Ratchet got upset at Drake for dying so fast hahaha.

Not sure but I heard over at GAF that it does o_o.

I too feel that playing on the Vita feels a bit harder. But I play with the d-pad and I just dont feel like I have as much control as I would on the PS3.
