I'd also get close and used this move if Aldro got stuck someone's combo or grab and there's a problem with my nades (shockwave goes through platforms, my nades get blocked by them) I'd stick to my level 1 and wait for the idiots to roll to me. Some times I'd throw black sludge half way between Aldro and I, when they'd try to get a way they'd get stuck and I walk up, Lvl1, walk away with a troll face. Aldro's Lvl2 worked perfectly with my grenades. They'd usually have no way to get around the nades and Aldro's range but up, and that's when that Vortex claims their lives. XD I feel like a bully We had one mirror-match. Their Kratos was a bit of a noob and their EvilCole didn't learn yet that GoodCole's the melee fighter of the two. lol

:D Some serious fucking fun moments. I love how pretty much none of the matches even were close. We really dominated and I can't wait to meet a team that might provide a decent challenge haha.

EDIT: Also, I didn't stand a chance against Dgc on 1V1. He really knows some nifty ways of confirming supers with some characters (Heihachi im looking at you xD). I really lack in that area in general :*. Played Kratos the whole time during the beta (which was A LOT of playtime) so I have his feel somewhat down (a lot of 2v2 going on with my friends back then too). He's like the easiest to play anyway. The more 1v1 and 2v2 I play, the less fun FFA 1v1v1v1 is. It feels too chaotic and a bit dull when every man is for himself xD

But yea, that sucks to hear. It looks like this tournament's gonna be a small one. I'm thinking next week's will be the first reasonably sized one as everyone will have time to get the game and practice.

I met like a 450 or was it 550 Sly. You have no idea how hard he owned everyone. Like it was so crazy... so crazy. It was like Kratos, Nariko (me), Raiden vs Him and he completely raped us.

I'm wondering just how high those rankings go. Gonna read the manual to see if there's anything on that.

EDIT: That manual was.... man, I don't even know why it exist. Couldn't be more barebones.

Also, I thought the levels capped at 200 for every characters!?!

A quick google found me a topic where someone in the beta reached the cap and states it was 999... xD
