Yeah, they were in the commercial on the Japanese Wii site until the internet went nuts and they edited it out. Ness is in there too.

Wow! and I thought .Ness would be gone. He could be an alternate costume for Lucas though.

That "Ness" looks an awful lot like pokemon trainer.

I don't think Ness will ever be confirmed, but I am fully confident that he is in the game.

Ness, Luigi, Jigglypuff (Purin to the Japanese), and Captain Falcon, were all unlockable characters in the original Smash Bros, and returned as unlockables in Melee. Chances are they will return again as unlockables for Brawl. What's the point of ruining a secret characters presence by confirming their existence. Fan's of the series know that they are unlockable, newcomers will not, so Nintendo will not ruin the surprise by posting them on the Dojo.

It's the 1st and 3rd picture that have Ness. The 2nd one show Pokemon Trainer so you can clearly see they're different.

That makes me sad but it's true :(. As soon as a Japanese person discovers something it'll be all over the internet. We'll know all the stages/items/characters by mid February.

Lucario will be sweet, I want Mew Two to come back as well, wonder if he will.

Also if Ness is back then his moves will be entirely different.
