LOL, i hope you're joking, anyone can change their IP. I could come on this site with a different IP every minute if i wanted to. Plus there are programs that can make 100's of accounts with different e-mails and Ip's in a very short time.

No, its just that many students choose to ignore the opportunity that has been given to them to learn, because as of when I graduated high school, learning was "uncool."
