No, you can't choose to stay banned. I had this happen last time I banned leo-j too... he was magically unbanned 10 seconds later so I had to reban him (costing him twice as much VG$). I'm not sure if it's a bug or a mod who likes to torture other mods... hoping the former.

 lol - sux for leo-j

Maybe leo has broken into an account of a mod and he has the login and the pasword of that mod?

I was banned once, it was supposed to be a 3 day and it was like 1 and 1/2.. then again I think I got banned right before midnight in UK... so one of the days was like 10 minutes long...

That's normal.  That just means leo-j had multiple tabs or windows open and hasn't tried to move anywhere on the account since he was banned yet.  The same thing would happen if you lost your internet connection, but hadn'tmoved anywhere on the site or off of it.

Something needs to be done about this spamming.

 it was an example...gosh

I find it amazing how soriku ( who i like) manages to not get banned for spamming but leo-j can....

lol You should be on the Serebii Forums (Serebii.net). Those mods don't take crap one bit. There can only be 3 times to be banned, as zackblue said on another thread. But those mods are much clever; they have some Internet tool that can check a forum user's IP address and ban them on the spot, making chained accounts impossible to create.
